American Home Inspectors LLC is currently performing Residential and Commercial Inspections through out the Southern Wisconsin area. We perform building inspections full time and specialize in all types of structures including single family, multi-family, town homes, condominiums, duplexes, vacation homes, and investment properties.

The president of our company is Robert J. Runchey. He is certified by Allied Business School and by the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulations and Licensing. We are a practicing certified member of NACHI, National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and WAHI (Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors).

 In-depth electronic inspection reporting is used that exceeds the "standards of practice" as described by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Information about NACHI will be added soon.
